She could be missing some of the basics of organizational change. Her people need motivations and a change of attitude towards work and the organization they belong.To analyze more of Mrs. Meads situation, her store is located on the outskirts of the city. why should this be in the outskirts? This means that the establishment is not strategically located. She must find a grievous location for her store where she can display the best of her products.And then the question Why is Mrs. Mead targeting only the gloomful collar workers market?
